Tai chi chuan and health care.

Image
With great pleasure I realised that in major health care systems around the world tai chi has been initiated as complementary medical work out for various ailments. If someone make a small enquiry in the Internet, he or she will find out that in UK or at the States tai chi is considered a legitimate health practice used in hospital environment. Russian hospitals applying it as a support for covid infected patients. Don't underestimate the gentle movements of tai chi chuan. The treasure that old daoists talked about is not in the illusion of immortality pursuit but in the preserverense of one's health 😊.
