Tian shu (celestial pivot )

 A very interesting acupuncture point is tianshu.  Belongs to stomach meridian No. 25. Location 8-10cm lateral to the center of the umbilicus.  This point has major connection with the energy of   Colon . Regulates it's functioning (regulate and eliminate stagnation of qi). Indications include vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain  constipation, irregular menstruation, infertility  intestinal paralysis, endometritis ,and lower back pain.  Acupuncture method -vertically .We can  use also  moxibustion.  Massage techniques : Press and hold the point. Rub across the point or press slowly with both thumbs and release quickly pulling the thumbs apart . Fingertip percussion can be used on this point.  References : - The encyclopedia of Dim -Mac. Standing meditation

 The starting posture of tai chi form can be used  for chi kung meditation practice. The same posture is a starting point for the art of Yi chuan.  The purpose of HUN-YUAN KUNG stading meditation is the process of non action to action . From wu-chi to Tai -chi.  " In hun-yuan,or the "beginning posture " of Tai -Chi  Chuan stand straight, placing  the feet  parallel and shoulder  width apart. Feel comfortable and easy  without tension or strain . The head is held as if suspended by a string from above. Keep the shoulders  low and  loose so that the neck and back are free of tension. The chest is neither pushed up, nor hollowed out. The abdomen must not protrude or over contract.  The arms hang naturally with the elbows loose and the  palms facing downward.
