Hospital bed Dan tian meditation

 Covid virus made an universal entry killing 

people worldwide and putting many in hospitals. 

A very simple but powerful meditation is the concentration on the lower Dan tian.

A little below the navel approximately  three fingers

you can concentrate and imagine that a shinning ball in the size of ping pong ball is glowing more and more with every breath circle  you make . Breath in breath out and put your thoughts in the spot bellow the navel .

Relax and imagine that the warmth light of the ball is 

spreading in all of your  body giving power and wellbeing. 

This meditation can be done as you're resting on  the  bed.

It really helps if someone   practice it every day.
